Therapeutic Approaches

Grounded in client-centered, solution-focused, and dialectical behavioral therapy approaches, Ashley is all ears in each session, actively listening and creating a safe space for you to process those feelings. She is all about asking questions, reflecting on your strengths, and tapping into the awesome resources you’ve got – inside and out.

“I believe that change happens when you’re fully seen and understood. If something’s working, let’s celebrate and amp it up. Can’t change it? Let’s figure out how to manage it. If it’s not working, let’s find a new approach.”
